Magnesium Hydroxide alkali 85% to 95%, MgO 58% to 65%.
Utilizing the natural raw brucite, we developed magnesium hydroxide superfine powder and flame retardant series. After surface modification, the products keeps well dispersivity and fluidity in resin, and avoids the problem of poor acid resistance. Also, the mechanical strength and flame retardancy of the material get maintained. We also have various surface treatment methods according to customers' request.
Attributes
Non - halogenated.
Good heat stability, decomposition temperature at 330, especially suitable for resin processed in relative high temperature.
Low toxicity, no smell, noncorrosive.
Large amount of vapor is produced during combustion, the heat is taken away and the temperature drops.
The hardness is less than that of aluminum trihydrate, thus longer equipment life.
